Course Overview

This AHA-certified course is designed for individuals who want to learn CPR or are required to respond to emergencies in the workplace. It provides comprehensive training in recognizing and responding to severe life-threatening emergencies across all age groups — adults, children, and infants.

Participants will gain the knowledge and hands-on skills to perform high-quality CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in real-world emergency situations. Upon successful completion, you'll receive an AHA course completion card valid for two years.

What You'll Learn

This course covers critical lifesaving skills for all three age groups in a single hands-on session.

Adult CPR & AED

Perform high-quality chest compressions and rescue breaths for adults, and operate an AED to restore normal heart rhythm.

Child CPR & AED

Apply proper CPR technique and AED use adapted for children, including correct compression depth and rate.

Infant CPR

Perform two-finger chest compressions and rescue breathing for infants using age-appropriate technique.

Choking Relief

Recognize and respond to choking emergencies in adults, children, and infants using back blows and abdominal thrusts.

Two-Rescuer CPR

Coordinate with a second rescuer to deliver continuous, high-quality CPR and minimize interruptions.

Chain of Survival

Understand the AHA Chain of Survival and how early recognition, CPR, and defibrillation improve outcomes.
