Family & Friends CPR
A hands-on, skills-focused CPR course designed for family members, caregivers, and community members who want to learn how to respond to cardiac emergencies — no certification required.
Course Overview
The AHA Family & Friends CPR course is a simplified, non-certification program designed to teach everyday people the lifesaving skills of CPR and AED use in a relaxed, low-pressure environment. It's perfect for anyone who wants to be prepared to help a loved one in an emergency.
This course uses the AHA's Family & Friends curriculum, which focuses on hands-only CPR and AED awareness for adults, and full CPR with rescue breaths for children and infants. No prior training is required, and participants do not receive a certification card — making it an ideal first step for community members, parents, and caregivers.
CPR for Everyone
No test, no card, no pressure — just practical skills taught in a welcoming environment so you're ready when it counts.
